Back in October she was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, and now Brandi Glanville could be facing some time in prison.
The ex-wife of Eddie Cibrian has been charged with both DUI as well as driving with a BAC above the legal limit of .08%.
And depending on how things go in court, Brandi could be facing as much as six months in jail and a fine of up to $1000.
Following the incident, Ms. Glanville tweeted, "I messed up. I take full responsibility for my actions. I regret my bad choice, and am thankful to God that no one got hurt. I'm sorry.?
